Vernissage in Schifferstadt: Experience art by master Eduard Schwöbel!

On Wednesday, March 19, at 7 p.m., the old town hall in Schifferstadt will become the scene of a special art exhibition. The vernissage of the presentation "Stroking for a line-from the drawing in the color" is organized by the city administration Schifferstadt in cooperation with the cultural office of the Rhein-Palatinate district. Art lovers can look forward to the presence of the artist Eduard Schwöbel, who willingly answer questions about his work.

Eduard Schwöbel, born in 1948 from Ludwigshafen, has created a variety of works of art in the past 30 years. These include both drawings and colored compositions. At the exhibition, works from the past three decades can be seen that reflect the development and diversity of its work. One of the highlights of the opening ceremony is the laudation of Karlheinz Driver, an artist and co -organizer of the Hirschberger Kulturtage since 1989. The event is accompanied by the pianist Regina Litvinova.

opening times and admission

The exhibition will be 22./23 on weekends. March, 29./30. March and 5th/6th April from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entry to this artistic presentation is free, which makes the event accessible to a wide audience.

Schwöbel has taken part in numerous exhibitions in cities such as Mannheim, Trier and Kleinniedesheim over the years and was regularly on study trips in France from 1990 to 2010. These trips have shaped his artistic work sustainably and should have an impact on the works that can be seen in this current exhibition.

art scene in Frankfurt

In the 1980s, Frankfurt experienced a cultural heyday with the construction of many important museums. The lively art scene is also revived by new exhibition rooms such as the portico and the exhibition hall of the Städelschule. The proximity to famous cultural sites offers the citizens and visitors of the city a variety of artistic impressions and opportunities that underlines the relevance of the art scene in Germany.

With the upcoming exhibition in Schifferstadt, a bridge between regional and national art is beaten, which should address both local and national visitors and enriches the cultural life of the city.
