Trick thieves camouflage themselves as a waterworks: senior citizen fell for fraud!

On Tuesday afternoon, April 1, 2025, the residents of a residential building on Kantstrasse in Wörth am Rhein were victims of a brazen trick fraud. According to Wochenblatt-reporter.de were described as follows:

  • perpetrator 1: male, approx. 45 years old, about 170 cm tall, slim, spoke High German without an accent, had a dark complexion and wore blue work pants and a caro pattern.
  • perpetrator 2: male, approx. 40 years old, about 175-180 cm tall, corpulent, with dark short hair and also without a beard.
