Hunting dog show in Niederalben: 44 breeds in the focus of the visitors!

Last Sunday there was an impressive event for the hunting dog performance in Niederalben, which was organized by the district group Kusel in cooperation with the Pfälzer Bergland hunting school. Around 250 visitors have gathered to experience the skills of hunting dogs up close. The event was moderated by district hunting master Bernd Klinck and the chairwoman of the Diana Diehl dog.

A total of 44 hunting dogs from 20 different breeds were presented. The spectators received exciting information on breed -typical features, for attitude and in particular for the formation of these loyal companions. A highlight of the day was the musical performance by 20 hunting horn players from the Kusel district group, who played hunting signals and marches. In particular, these sounds should bring the traditional rites and customs closer to a social hunt for the hunting license applicants.
