On February 23, 2025, the tour guide association "Lust for Kurpfalz e.V." A special event in Ludwigshafen am Rhein: the World Guest Guide Day. Under the motto "hidden treasures", interested parties can take part in six free city tours that focus on lesser known places and stories of the city.

The tours take place at different times and at selected meeting points in the city. Here is the overview of the tours offered:
- climb on the Rhein - 11:00 a.m., Berliner Platz 1 (before the tourist information): Historical milestones and the development of Ludwigshafen to the chemical metropolis.
- raised architecture in the Wittelsbachviertel -11:00 a.m., Mundenheimer Straße 149 (Shell-Haus): Visit to the architectural diversity and the influences of French occupation.
- from Ebertpark to the Friedenskirche -11:00 a.m., Ebertpark (in front of the tower restaurant): Focus on the architecture of the 1920s with exclusive leadership through the Friedenskirche.
- King Ludwig I of Bavaria - 2:00 p.m., Berliner Platz: The role of King Ludwig I in the history of Ludwighafen and the industrial strategy.
- from the pilgrimage church to the Schillerhaus - 2:00 p.m., pilgrimage church, Kapellengasse in Oggersheim: Art and history by viewing the pilgrimage church and the Schillerhaus.
- churches, work and social care - 2:00 p.m., Rohrlachstraße 32 (in front of the Trinity Church): a tour of the history of the Hemshof and social housing.
All tours last about 60 minutes and are limited to a maximum of 25 participants. Registration is required and can be made by email to tourist-info@lukom.com or by phone at 0621-512036 . The Treffpunkt-Pfalz benefit.
