meaning of the IHK price
The IHK Prize has been awarded for years to promote knowledge transfer between business and science. This year a total of 37 works were awarded that cover a wide range of topics. These range from the optimization of technical systems to modern approaches in digital transformation.
The excellent projects impressively show how theoretical knowledge can be used in practice. IHK President Thomas Leebmann also emphasized how important such awards are given the shortage of skilled workers in the economy. At any price, not only individual services are recognized, but also the value of strong academic and vocational training is highlighted.
