Ticket prices rise in Wiesbaden: What passengers need to know now!

On January 1, 2025, the Rhein-Main Transport Association (RMV) adapts the ticket prices. ESWE Verkehr, the mobility service provider in Wiesbaden, also increases the prices for tickets. A single ticket for Wiesbaden and Mainz now costs 3.70 euros, previously the price was 3.55 euros. This is part of a more comprehensive price adjustment, which also includes ticket prices for daily, weekly and monthly tickets. The prices for the collection card increase from 12.50 euros to 13 euros. However, collective cards that have already been acquired remain valid after the tariff change until June 30, 2025.

In addition, the price for the event ticket increases to 5.20 euros for adults (formerly 5 euros) and 3 euros for children (formerly 2.60 euros). The student ticket Hessen Wi15 remains unchanged at a monthly price of 15 euros (10 euros for beneficiaries). Further information on tickets and tariffs is available on the Eswe Verkehr website at www.eswe-verkehr.de/tickets . This also includes locations of the ticket agencies and ticket machines, which can be accessed in the interactive line network plan at www.netzplan-wiesbaden.de
