On January 4, 2025, the media reported on theft, which occurred in Bendorf between December 30, 2024 and January 1, 2025. An e-scooter was stolen in front of the Rewe Markt on Engerser Strasse. The scooter was secured with a castle on the bicycle stand, but this did not stop the unknown perpetrators from stealing the object.
