Pirmasens movement pass 2025: Children stroll safely to school!
The second round of the Sportel-Game-Toben-Movement Pass (Spospito) 2025, which is specially designed for primary schools, starts in Pirmasens. How Rheinpfalz.de can now register by February 7th. The focus of the nationwide campaign is on health, security and environmental protection during the way to school. The city of Pirmasens supports this project, which was successfully implemented by primary schools such as Husterhöhe, Sommerwald and Gersbach/Winzeln/Windsberg last year.
The objective is clear: children should learn to get to school independently - be it on foot, by bike or the scooter. The participants have to complete at least 20 trips without the parent taxi in the action period of six weeks. After successfully participating, the children not only receive a certificate, but also take part in a competition.
traffic safety as a central topic
The motivation behind Spospito is serious. The increasing number of parent taxis in front of schools leads to dangerous situations in road traffic. The experts from the ADAC Palatinate and the Pirmasens traffic watch therefore recommend that you walk the way to school on foot. In order to combat the problem of dangerous traffic conditions, the city of Pirmasens has set up and bring-off zones since 2016. These should encourage parents to discontinue their children 200 to 300 meters from the school door and thus minimize traffic risks.
In addition to the safety aspects, the program also offers health benefits. Children who move regularly not only improve their ability to concentrate, but also strengthen their immune system. According to spospito- movement pass.de offers everyday walking or cycling to school an excellent way to start the day actively.
similar efforts in Germany
Behind such initiatives is a far -reaching concern to increase traffic safety in front of educational institutions. According to the DGUV, over 100,000 accidents occur nationwide on the way to or from educational institutions, with about 50 percent of the course of school accidents on traffic. Rad accidents are also among the most common forms of these accidents, especially among elementary school students who are increasingly becoming more self -employed. In this context, the promotion of modern mobility formation is becoming increasingly important in order to convey not only traffic rules, but also safe behavior in road traffic.
The subject area of traffic safety in educational institutions carries out projects to reduce mobility risks and takes current research results into account in order to prepare children as best as possible for safe navigation in road traffic. The objectives include the awareness of risks, strengthening personal responsibility and environmentally friendly mobility formation, such as dguv.de emphasized.
For Pirmasens, the Spospito movement pass offers the opportunity to put these goals into practice and actively lead the children into safe and healthy mobility. The registrations run until mid -February, so that interested schools should make a quick decision.
