Last year around 42,000 visitors were registered, and the support association hopes that even more guests will come in the current year. In a survey, the Bliesbad was rated by 97 % of the participants as the most popular and most beautiful natural pool in the area. About 25 % of the guests travel from outside.

The Blies support association, which has existed since June 3, 1995, volunteers to maintain and maintain the bathroom. The association currently has almost 400 members who are committed to the natural idyll. The facility is supported by a full-time caretaker and nine marginally employees during the bathing season. Voluntary members maintain the lawn, the sandy beach and the sanitary facilities.
A highlight for the little swimmers is the paddling pool, which is equipped with wooden play equipment. In addition, the "Blieskönig" beer garden enables the visit without admission at the entrance, even for non-swimmers. The TWL works council also supported the support association with 500 euros for the preservation of the playground and is involved in the urban area recovery for children during the summer vacation.
