On May 12, 2025, drivers in the Trier, Luxembourg and Saarland region can be prepared for increased speed controls. These controls are part of a comprehensive speed camera service that is carried out both in the urban and outside. The locations of the speed measurements include the A602 at Ruwer, the B50 in Niederkail and the B51 in Idesheim.
In the morning hours, increased controls are planned in the rue of the Hauts-Fourneaux in Luxembourg. At lunchtime, speed measurements in Moutfort are carried out on the Route de Remich and in Nospelt on Rue de Goeblange. In the evening and at night it is checked in Wilwang on the main trooss. Rigoros is also monitored in Saarland, including on the B406 in Heusweiler Sinz and on the A6 between the state border in France and the Neunkirchen motorway junction.

In addition, points expire according to specified deadlines and can be reduced by participating in driving suitability seminars.
