Saarland week at the perfect dinner: tension guaranteed!
The tension increases in Saarland: From February 17th to 21st, 2025, the new season of the popular cooking show “The Perfect Dinner” will be broadcast on VOX. As Sol.de look forward to five evening culinary challenges, each of which is broadcast at 7:00 p.m. In advance, the individual episodes can also be partially streamed at RTL+.
A television team turned the exciting episodes in Saarland in December 2024 and produced a variety of delicious menus that show the creativity and cuisine of the participants.
The participants and their menus
Five candidates from Saarland have found themselves to demonstrate their culinary skills this week. The participants are:
- Nicole (52 years, social worker) from Schiffweiler
- Manfred (50 years, IT specialist for system integration) from Bous
- Melanie (34 years, industrial engineer) from Völklingen
- Christoph (34 years, optician and hearing acoustician) from Ottweiler
- Eileen (28 years, teacher) from Saarwellingen
Each of the participants creates a three-course menu, which is rated by the other candidates. The points scale extends from 1 (bad dinner) to 10 (everything is right) and the winner with the highest score can look forward to a prize money of 3000 euros. As in previous seasons, the concept and the distribution of the evenings was a central element of the show, as was the Saarbrücker Zeitung in its report on Saarbruecker-zeitung.de emphasized.
