An alleged police officer informed him that his daughter was involved in a fatal accident. In order to avoid an alleged pre -trial detention, the fraudsters called for a high amount of money.

Shanen recognized the attempted fraud and immediately informed the police. By holding the fraudsters on the phone, he helped the officers to arrest the perpetrators during the staged money. The handover was about assets worth around 45,000 euros.
