Donation record at the blue -black Christmas market in Saarbrücken!

The Ultras of 1. FC Saarbrücken achieved a remarkable result on December 14, 2024 at the blue -black Christmas market at the Osthafen. A total of 22,010 euros were collected at this event, which will benefit the fully charitable purposes. The Virage EST e.V. support group donated 20,000 euros alone, which significantly supported the success of the event.

The Christmas market took place for the first time this year at the new location, the Silo at the Osthafen, after it was previously organized in downtown Saarbrücken. The new location offered improved infrastructure and more parking as well as interiors for children, which contributed to the high number of visitors and the positive mood. The market was opened from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and offered a diverse culinary offer, including mulled wine, children's punch, hot dogs, grumberry waffles and grill dishes. In addition, the guests could enjoy popcorn and coffee from "Black Hen Coffee".

entertainment and atmosphere

The entertainment program included a stand with a new fan merchants from the Virage EST e.V., activities for children indoors, as well as a raffle, organized by the "exile". The event was accompanied musically from 7:03 p.m. by DJ "Theke 1", which presented a blue -black fishing channel. The time of this musical contribution presented an allusion to the founding year 1903 of the 1. FC Saarbrücken.

The organizers emphasized that the Christmas market not only set a sign of solidarity and commitment beyond football, but also to celebrate an opportunity for fans and friends of the 1. FC Saarbrücken. It was also announced that information about the recipients of the collected donations should be published in the near future, such as Blaichlichteport Saarland reported.

The interesting development shows how local business, including Bäcker Mischo, Black Hen and Kulturut Ost, also contributed to the sum. The market went in a peaceful atmosphere, without roadblocks or high police presence, which contributed to the positive perception of the event. According to Saarnews , the blue-black Christmas market is considered a complete success, both with regard to the donation as well as the high visitor participation.
