On January 3, 2025, the Fischbistro "Meauten enjoyment" opened in Saarlouis as the successor to the popular snack "bread & senses". The new tenant, "Sonnier’s Fischhandel" from Merzig, offers a diverse selection of fish dishes, including backfish, calamares, shrimps, fish & chips, salads and fresh fish, such as herring.

The small bistro is located in a sales booth that has existed since 1974 and has a usable area of around 12 square meters. Currently, customers can only pay in cash, but it is planned to accept card payments soon. The opening times are from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The closure of "bread & senses" was due to economic reasons.
