On Wednesday afternoon, a significant step in the Homburg town hall was to develop a modern city district. Mayor Michael Forster and Giuseppe Ferraro, Managing Director of the Neunkircher Ferraro Group, signed an urban development fundamental agreement on the development of the former DSD site. This agreement regulates the land -use planning for the future “Coeur” city district and includes around 820 pages.
The area that has been broke since the 1990s has a total area of around 18 hectares and is revitalized in an extensive project that the Ferraro Group is planning.
