The new building of the CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security on the Neumann site in St. Ingbert is about to start. In December 2024, a consortial contract between the federal government and the Saarland was signed, which regulates the financing for the construction and operation of the new building. The Saarland secures up to 350 million euros from the transformation fund to create a state -of -the -art research environment.
CISPA is responsible for the planning and equipment of the new building and works closely with the Saarland and the federal government.
