Schal murder process: Designed Markus B. before difficult judgment!
The trial against the alleged Schalmörter Markus B. is coming to an end. He is suspected of attacking two senior citizens in Wiescherhöfen in April and May. While one woman was able to escape, the other strangled was found with a red scarf. The prosecutor Henner Kruse and the sacrificial attorney Ralph Reckmann plan to keep their pleadings in mid -March, which could significantly shape the negotiations in the coming weeks. The investigators assume that the fatal robbery was the second act of the accused. However, Markus B. denies this order and claims that the deeds have happened the other way around, which leads to ambiguities about the pensioner's time of death. An expert opinion supports the statement that she could have died "in early May or earlier".
The focus of the investigation is the forensic doctor Katharina Jellinghaus, who is supposed to deal with the case again. The court is waiting for its assessment whether the victim had been dead for a long time. Markus B. has to answer for murder of greed and robbery, which usually results in lifelong imprisonment. The defendant hopes for reduced guilt due to drug use and anxiety.
another crime
Markus B. is also charged with the Dresden district court. There he is suspected of kidnapping and murdering the 17-year-old Anneli Riße. This act occurred a few years ago and is rated as particularly cruel by the investigators. Anneli was found dead on August 14, 2015, three and a half days after her death. During the autopsy, it was found that it was strangled. Cable ties and a clamping belt were found around their neck, which indicates a targeted killing.
The role of Markus B. In this tragedy remains unclear. An accomplice, Norbert K., stated that B. Anneli pulled a plastic bag over his head. Another aspect that is still puzzling is the possible use of ether, since there is no clear evidence that Anneli was exposed to this substance. Markus B. had repeatedly stated incorrect information, not only in connection with this act, but also in terms of his financial obligations, which indicates a pattern of lies.
