City championships Mülheim: Pure football fever in the sports hall!

The 50th indoor town championship in Mülheim is coming to an end. On December 29, 2024, the second day of the tournament will be held on which the preliminary round will be completed. The game is played on artificial turf with a playing time of 12 minutes per game. During the tournament, the focus is on football, there is no special supporting program.

The games start with the following encounters from 2 p.m.: RW Mülheim meets TuSpo Saarn (14:00), followed by 1. FC Styrum against SV Raadt (14:15) and Fatihspor plays against RW Mülheim (14:30). Other games are TuSpo Saarn against SV Raadt (14:45), 1. FC Styrum against Fatihspor (15:00), RW Mülheim against SV Raadt (15:15), Fatihspor against TuSpo Saarn (15:30) and 1. FC Styrum against RW Mülheim (15:45). The conclusion is the encounter SV Raadt against Fatihspor (16:00) and TuSpo Saarn against 1. FC Mülheim-Styrum (16:15).

In the preliminary round of the tournament, the group results were of great importance for the participants. In group 2, three teams ended tied, with the Mülheimer SV emerged as a group winner. VfB Speldorf and SV Heißen also reach the next rounds. In group 1, the Mülheimer FC shone, which was able to win all four games and played in front of around 1,500 spectators. Blau-Weiß Mintard secured second place in this group, which also meant the move into the final round. SC Croatia only won three points in group 1.

The participants of the indoor town championship are divided into three groups: Blau-Weiß Mintard, Mülheimer FC, SC Croatia Mülheim, Dümptener TV and Sportfreunde Mülheim play in Group 1. Group 2 includes VfB Speldorf, Mülheimer SV, SV Heißen, TSV Heimaterde and TuS Union 09 Mülheim. Group 3 is made up of Rot-Weiss Mülheim, 1. FC Mülheim-Styrum, TuSpo Saarn, SV Raadt and Fatihspor Mülheim, such as fupa.net reported.
