The ruins are now closely monitored, and a new report is requested every four months to ensure security.

The Trappengasse was completely closed last year from April to June because there was a threatening roof fall. After this phase, she was passable again from the beginning of June, but car traffic was still restricted. The owner plans to create four apartments and a commercial unit in the building, whereby the implementation of monument protection permits depends.
