Zweibrücker choirs donate 3600 euros for game and learning rooms!

On February 10, 2025, three choirs from Zweibrücken presented a remarkable donation check in the amount of 3600 euros to the municipal youth welfare office. This donation benefits the local game and learning rooms and pursues the goal of promoting the leisure activities of the children. The handover took place in the game and learning room in Ixheimer Schwalbenstraße, where Klaus Fuhrmann and representatives of the choirs Himmelsberg-Chörchen, Cantabile and Cantam handed the symbolic check to the youth welfare office manager Jörg Klein. The generous donation comes from the contributions of the visitors of the Zweibrück Choir Christmas 2024, which took place in the picturesque Alexanderskirche, and is distributed at four different game and learning rooms at the same time.

The money is used for the purchase of materials and offers that benefit the children in the relevant facilities. With 900 euros each, the game and learning rooms are supported in Herzog-Wolfgang-Straße, Junckerstrasse and Schwalbenstrasse. Youth office employee Florian Zahler presented the children small bags with chocolate as a thank you.
