HR7 GmbH The Job Factory is one of the fastest-growing companies in Germany: In the October 2025 issue of FOCUS-Business, HR7 was named growth champion in a survey of 15,000 companies and is ranked 11th in the industry. Between 2021 and 2024, HR7 was able to achieve above-average growth - in a market environment that has been declining for years.

Particularly noteworthy: The company, which was only founded in 2011, made it onto the winners' list for the second time after 2019 - and once again left numerous established market participants behind. HR7 GmbH has recorded continuous growth over the years and has successfully established itself in the market. The company's regional focus is currently in the north, but there are plans to expand further towards Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia in 2026.

“This repeated award is a clear signal of the quality and consistency with which our team works,” says Dr. Ralph Hartmann, founder and managing director. “Success is determined in recruiting – we recognized this early on and implement it without compromise,” adds Dr. Michaela Hartmann, responsible for human resources and finances. A strategic component of recruiting is the constant questioning of the HR strategy. HR7 “plays” the entire recruiting piano and is constantly testing new tools and platforms. “This is how we ensure that we are absolutely state of the art,” explains Michaela Hartmann. Of course, AI tools also play a crucial role. “However, we are firmly convinced that AI tools will be a valuable and efficient instrument in the future, but can never replace personal contact,” says Ralph Hartmann. “People will remain our focus and will also be valued accordingly in recruiting.”
