On Friday, May 30, 2025, a gripping league game took place in stock sports in the Union Stockhalle. The host, the Union Stocksport Gschwandt, competed against the team from Ötsu1. It was a crucial game for the Gschwandtner because they were in the last place in the table before the match with only 2 points after 4 games. So the team around team leader Christian Gumpl had a lot to prove.

At the beginning of the game, the nerves were tense. The spectators were not disappointed and experienced a real thriller. In the first round, the Gschwandtner Stöckler performed strongly and won it 5: 4. In the fifth round, Gschwandt initially took the lead 4-1, but the riders turned the game and won 4: 2. Finally, Gschwandt made the decision in the sixth round and secured the overall victory with a 6: 4 victory.

Through this success, Gschwandt was able to advance to fourth place in the table, while Riding the required points could not be carried out. The current league leader is the Union Neustift with 6 points, followed by Union Riding with 5 points and Union Altenberg with 3 points.
