Nordic art conquers Königsbach: exhibition shows fascinating works!

In the wine street studio in Neustadt-Königsbach, there is a special exhibition that offers a fascinating insight into the beauty and variety of Norway. Under the title "Norway facets-from reality to abstraction", Rheinpfalz presented the works by Ludwig Fellner and Jan Blaschke June 29 and again from September 6th to October 26, 2025.

The vernissage of the exhibition will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. In the rooms of the former house of Ludwig Fellner, which has been a museum since 2008, the connection between realistic landscape representations and abstract interpretations becomes clear. Jan Blaschke, who comes from Hockenheim, focuses in his work on details that are converted into expressive forms. In contrast, Fellner shows realistic watercolors that capture the natural beauty of the Norwegian landscape.

The exhibition addresses the transition from concrete landscapes to abstract elements and invites visitors to rediscover the inspiration of Nordic nature. The wine staple studio is not only a place of art exhibition, but also a cultural center. An offer of "art coffee cake" is provided on all opening days, whereby the income benefits the receipt of the house.

The opening times are on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., whereby there is a summer break in July and August. Admission to the exhibition is free, which in particular keeps accessibility for art lovers.
